DEKA FIT - Austin, TX

DEKA FIT returns to Austin, TX, at the Palmer Events Center (900 Barton Springs Rd) for May 9–10, 2026. This premier all-levels hybrid fitness race covers a 5K composed of ten functional DEKA Zones, each preceded by 500 meters of running. The course ramps from basic movements to full-body, demanding zones 6–10, and heats range from Age Group to Elite to accommodate varying fitness.

Participants earn a Finisher Tee, a medal with a Trifecta wedge, and a spot on the global DEKA leaderboard. A new Athlete Judge Program offers volunteer judge opportunities to support a community-driven event. It's designed for all levels, with inclusive heats.
