DeLeon Dash

The DeLeon Dash 5K is an annual running event held at DeLeon Springs State Park in De Leon Springs, Florida. The race features a 5K run and walk, as well as a virtual 5K option, with a course that winds through the park's scenic woods, alongside the spring pool, past the Old Sugar Mill, under majestic oaks, and along various trails. Participants enjoy a mix of sidewalks, paved roads, dirt roads, and unpaved trails.

The event supports the Friends of DeLeon Springs State Park and offers post-race activities such as swimming in the spring pool, nature trails, boat rentals, and eco-history tours.
