The Delirium Ultra 24 Hour Run, held in Beaufort, South Carolina, is a challenging endurance race featuring 6, 12, and 24-hour timed events on a scenic 1.62-mile closed-loop trail course. Runners pass a single aid station each lap, with "Tent City" providing convenient gear access and primitive camping from Friday to Sunday.
