Deseret News Marathon

Deseret News Marathon is Utah’s longest-running road race, celebrating its 56th edition in 2026. Held in Salt Lake City, the event winds along the historic pioneer route into the Salt Lake Valley and through the Days of ’47 Parade, blending Utah heritage with competitive running. Races include a full marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, and a 1K, with a Marathon Relay added in 2025.
