Event overview
The Día de los Muertos 5K & 1 Mile is scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Hike & Bike Trails in Mission, TX. The event features a 5K run and a 1-mile fun run/walk. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race on October 31, 2025. Registration closes October 31, 2025. Shirt size guarantee is October 18, 2025.

- 5K - $30 (with shirt) or $20 (no shirt)
- 1 Mile - $15 (shirt available as add-on)
The 5K includes chip timing and live results. Finisher medals are listed for both 5K and 1 Mile participants. Additional race features include post-race snacks and drinks, a DJ, themed decor and a photo wall, local vendor booths, an inflatable start/finish arch, and QR-code race photos. The 5K will have age group awards for males and females in these categories: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Top overall male and female receive a special prize.
