Diamondhead 5k

The Diamondhead 5k is a USATF-certified running event held in Diamondhead, Mississippi, at the East Recreation Pool & Playground. Scheduled for August 23, 2025, it features a challenging hilly out-and-back 5k course suitable for runners and racewalkers. The event also includes a Kids' 1 Mile race for children aged 12 and under.

Participants receive awards across standard divisions, and pre-registered runners are guaranteed T-shirts. After the race, refreshments such as drinks, food, fruit, and snacks are provided, and runners enjoy free access to the pool.
