Dillon's Place takes place on Sunday, November 9, 2025, in Westlake, Ohio, on Clemens Road near the Hyland Software campus. The event includes the following races and activities:

Registration, awards, and logistics
Registration has an early-bird price through October 15 and a higher price after that date. Discounts include a 10% veteran/military reduction with verification and a 30% discount when registering for both events. All participants receive a custom coin and an event T-shirt. Awards include medals for age-group winners (age groups start at 18 and then 10-year increments up to 60+) and top three overall male and female finishers; age-group champions receive a medal and a hat. Sponsorship levels are listed with tiered amounts; recognition for sponsors is subject to an October 15 cutoff. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the event at Franciscus Roofing, 959 Bassett Rd, Westlake, OH.
