Event overview
The 19th Annual DONNA Marathon Weekend takes place January 30 - February 1, 2026, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The weekend theme is "Destination: Love" and the event centers on breast cancer survivorship and fundraising for The DONNA Foundation.
The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer is a 26.2-mile race that benefits The DONNA Foundation. The event is described as the only marathon in the United States dedicated to finishing breast cancer and has been selected by the Abbott World Marathon Majors as a qualifying race for the AbbottWMM Marathon Tours & Travel Age Group World Ranking program. The DONNA Foundation was established in June 2003 and reports having served more than 20,000 families, secured more than $6.5 million in financial services and debt relief, and disbursed more than $3.3 million in support of research.
