Event overview
DONNA Marathon Weekend takes place January 30 – February 1, 2026 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The 19th annual weekend includes road races, event challenges, and a Health & Wellness Expo. The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer is a 26.2-mile marathon that benefits the programs of The DONNA Foundation. The DONNA Foundation was established in June 2003 and has served more than 20,000 families, secured over $6.5 million in financial services and debt relief, and disbursed more than $3.3 million to research. The DONNA Marathon has been selected as a qualifying race for the Abbott World Marathon Majors Marathon Tours & Travel Age Group World Ranking program.

Some race entries note adaptive and rucking divisions. Age minimums vary by event; for example, the marathon is open to ages 18 and older, the half marathon to ages 13 and older, and some social events require age 21 and older.
