Downs Park 5 Miler

The Downs Park 5 Miler is a scenic running event held in Pasadena, Maryland, within John H. Down’s Memorial Park. This loop course covers five miles on paved trails that wind through wooded areas and offer beautiful views of the Chesapeake Bay.

The race starts and finishes at the Fernwood Pavilion. It is part of the Annapolis Striders Championship Series, serving as its seventh leg. The event prohibits baby joggers and strollers, and runners are expected to maintain a minimum pace of 15 minutes per mile.
