Event details
The Drink MO Wine Run is the 4th annual running event in Augusta, Missouri, held on Saturday, May 2, 2026. The course begins in the historic streets of Augusta, continues onto the flat Katy Trail, and then returns to Augusta; half marathon participants follow additional wooded trails in Klondike Park before returning to the finish in Augusta. On-course aid stations provide water and an electrolyte drink; athletes should carry their own gels or chews. Race cutoffs are 3.5 hours for the half marathon and 2 hours for the 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K.

Awards include top 3 overall male and female finishers for each distance, top overall male and female winners receiving a bottle of wine and sangria from Noboleis Vineyards, and top 3 age-group awards in standard age brackets. Participating wineries listed on the event passport include Noboleis, Augusta Winery, Balducci Vineyards, Montelle Winery, and Mount Pleasant Estates.
Logistics and services
Pre-event packet pickup is available the Friday before the race at SBR Bikes & Brews in Chesterfield; race day packet pickup is also available at the race venue for the specified distances. The race site and finish area are at Mount Pleasant Winery, 5634 High Street, Augusta, MO, with parking at the winery lot and an alternate trailhead lot 0.4 miles away that offers trolley service to the start/finish area.
Registration includes a blanket, wine cup, finisher medal, a "Passport to Missouri Wine Country", live race results, race photos, and access to a post-race party with live music, food, and drinks. The event has a no-refund policy and no inclement weather makeup date; management may cancel or modify the race for safety. Spectator amenities include a sign-making craft table, yard games, food vendors, music, and vendor booths. A photographer may capture public event photos for promotional use.
