Echo Triathlon
The Echo Triathlon, held annually in Coalville, Utah, is one of the state's largest triathlon events, featuring sprint, Olympic, and long-distance categories. The long-distance race includes a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride, and 13.1-mile run. Participants enjoy a scenic course through Utah’s Echo Canyon and a run along the Historic Rail Trail.
The event also offers duathlon and aquabike options, as well as a Friday night gravel sprint race. Despite some past organizational challenges, the race is praised for its beautiful setting, enthusiastic volunteers, and varied race formats suitable for both beginners and seasoned athletes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
