About the race
Elevate's 12 Hour Race takes place at the First Baptist / VCA campus in Santa Maria, California. The format centers on a closed-loop course with each 12-hour lap measuring 1 mile, while the 5k is three loops of about 1.036 miles each. The event creates a campus-friendly, community atmosphere, with on-course refreshment options: water, Gatorade, and bananas for the 5k, plus a broader selection of solid foods for the 12-hour participants.
Now in its 9th year, the race also supports a summer service/missions project run by Elevate. The event is held Friday–Saturday, February 13–14, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
