ELIH Foundation 5K Family Walk/Run

The 9th Annual ELIH Foundation 5K Family Walk/Run is held in Riverhead, NY, at Indian Island County Park (new location). This family-friendly event features a 5K course, a separate 5K option for kids ages 6–12, and a Kids Fun Run (half-mile). A course video and map are available, and jogging strollers are welcome.

Proceeds benefit Eastern Long Island Hospital’s Behavioral Health Services and the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, supporting community mental-health care. Perks include guaranteed T‑shirts for early registrants and awards for the top overall male and female finishers as well as age-group winners. It’s organized by the ELIH Foundation.
