Elkhart Police 5K-9 Fun Run

The Elkhart Police 5K-9 Fun Run is an annual event that supports the Elkhart Police Department K-9 Unit. Scheduled for May 17, 2025, the event features a 5K run and a 1-mile fitness walk, starting at Elkhart High School - East. Participants can enjoy a scenic route along the river and through downtown Elkhart.

The event is family-friendly and pet-friendly, with dogs required to be leashed. Registration is $25, and those who pre-register by May 2, 2025, will receive a t-shirt. Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age category.
