Event details
The EMO Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for November 27, 2025 in East Moriches, NY. The event starts and finishes at East Moriches Middle School, 9 Adelaide Avenue, East Moriches, NY 11940. The course has a USATF map/certificate. All proceeds benefit the East Moriches PTO to provide health and wellness opportunities for East Moriches students.
Registration and logistics
The event lists a 5K run/walk distance. Registration pricing shown includes an early-bird rate and a race-day rate; processing fees apply. The first 300 registrants are guaranteed a T-shirt. Team registration is optional. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; participants must agree to event terms and a release of liability. Early bib and T-shirt pickup is offered, and day-of bib pickup is available; participants must know their bib number to collect a bib, with a self-lookup area provided if needed. Participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food donation. Awards include top 1 male and top 1 female overall, and online recognition for the listed age groups: 7 & under, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
