About the race
Located in Eugene, Oregon, with races running through nearby Springfield along the Willamette River, the Eugene Marathon is the Pacific Northwest’s largest marathon. The event takes place each spring on the last Sunday of April and offers three distances: 26.2-mile marathon, 13.1-mile half marathon, and 3.1-mile Eugene 5K. The courses move through Eugene and Springfield on roads that have hosted the world’s best runners for years, starting outside the newly renovated Hayward Field and finishing on its iconic track.
Runners experience the Run in the Footsteps of Legends atmosphere as they traverse a course steeped in running history for decades. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
