Eva K Bowlby Library 5K Turkey Trot : overview
The Eva K Bowlby Library 5K Turkey Trot takes place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. The event is the 9th annual edition and is based at the Bowlby Library Gazebo, 311 N West Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370.

- Pardoned Turkey / Virtual Race Option with T-Shirt
Logistics and event features
Proceeds support the Eva K Bowlby Public Library and its mission to connect the community with opportunities for learning and recreation. Awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each age category. A prize is planned for the best dressed pet and all pets must be on a leash. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, and there will be children's activities inside the library during the event. The award ceremony will be held immediately after the race at the Gazebo.
Registration fees listed on the event page are $30 for most events and $15 for the 1K options. Registration closes November 21, 2025. The virtual "Pardoned Turkey" option includes a T-Shirt; T-Shirts and sizes are guaranteed only for registrations completed by 11/3/25 and may be available afterward while supplies last.
