Fall Creek 100

The Fall Creek 100 is an ultramarathon event held in Spencer, Tennessee, within the scenic Fall Creek Falls State Park. The race offers three distances: 50K, 100K, and 100 miles, with the 50K and 100K introduced in 2025. The course features stunning natural landmarks, including suspension bridges over Cane Creek Falls and Piney Creek Falls, Milikan's Overlook, and trails along the shoreline of Fall Creek Falls Lake.

Runners experience a pine forest environment with mossy, fern-lined paths and a total elevation gain ranging from 3,100 feet (50K) to 11,500 feet (100 miles).
