Fall Fling

The Fall Fling 400 is an annual trail running event hosted by the CT Trailmixers at YMCA Camp Sloper in Southington, Connecticut. It features two main races: a 400-minute timed event where participants run as many loops as possible on a roughly two-mile trail course, and a 4-mile race consisting of two loops. The course offers a mix of single-track wooded trails, dirt and gravel roads, with varied terrain including rocks and roots.

Runners enjoy a supportive atmosphere with well-marked trails, a well-stocked aid station featuring homemade baked goods, and chip timing to track laps. Proceeds benefit local organizations and youth running programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
