About the race
Fall Frolic in Olympia, Washington, is hosted by Club Oly Road Runners. The event offers three options: Fall Frolic 5K, Fall Frolic 5 Mile, and Kids’ Frolic (1K for kids 12 and under). The course is flat and fast, circling a lake with an out-and-back section, and starts and finishes at Heritage Park.
It welcomes families, strollers, and walkers, creating a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Prize structure includes awards for the top 3 overall men and women in both the 5K and 5 Mile, plus age-group recognition.
