About the race
Fall SwimFest at French Creek, presented by French Creek Racing, takes place at Hopewell Lake in French Creek State Park near Elverson, Pennsylvania. The event features multiple open-water disciplines: a 5K Open Water Swim, a 1 Mile Open Water Swim, an 800 Meter Open Water Swim, SwimRun (1600m swim + 5K run), and a 5K Relay (3x1 mile). The 5K swim course uses three loops; other races are single loops.
The event relies on volunteers, kayaks and lifeguards for support and includes a small transition area. It follows USAT wetsuit rules; New Wave Swim Buoys may be worn.
