Fallen Heroes 5k - Lake Como

The 2025 Fallen Heroes 5k Memorial Run, the 23rd annual event, takes place in Lake Como, New Jersey, starting and finishing at Bar Anticipation on 16th Avenue. The race offers a 5K main course, plus a 1-mile option and a Kids’ Race. Participants join a memorial-themed gathering hosted by NJ FMBA to honor fallen first responders, with a family-friendly atmosphere that includes a post-race barbecue, continuous music, and prizes.
