Categories, awards and on-site provisions
The race includes weight-based divisions such as Athena (for women) and multiple Clydesdale categories, plus a Clydesdale Race Team division. The team division requires a combined team weight of 650+ pounds. Awards are given five deep in five-year age groups and for the listed weight divisions. Finisher awards are planned for the first 150 male finishers and the first 150 female finishers.
Pre-race and post-race items are specified: pre-race donuts and chocolate milk; post-race Manda sausage po-boys, Mockler beverages, Moon Pies, and Coca-Cola products.
