Fat Cow 5k

The FAT COW 5K is an annual farm-themed running event held at St. Joseph Farmstead in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The race features a 5K run and a 100-meter Kid's Dash, set on scenic farmstead trails that include wild blackberry bushes, summer wildflowers, and community gardens.

Participants enjoy a unique course with both trail and road crossings, accompanied by farm animals as spectators. The event supports the nonprofit St. Joseph Center, which promotes sustainable agriculture and community outreach.
