Event overview

Course and logistics
The course is a lollipop loop run mostly on the Yellow Trail with an initial wide section on the Patriots Path and a return on the Patriots Path. The route includes single-track sections and a mix of rocks, roots, and climbs, with about 600 feet of total elevation gain. A 2 hour 30 minute time limit applies and hikers are allowed. Organizers note the event is intended for first-time trail racers as well as experienced trail runners.
Organizers plan three free course preview meetups at the park on October 12, October 26, and November 16, 2025; participants are asked to meet at the picnic shelter. Prizes include a pair of Brooks shoes for the top male, female, and non-binary division winners, additional prize drawings by bib number, and Good Crisp chips provided to participants.
