Feed Stokes 5K
The Feed Stokes 5K takes place on March 14, 2026 in King, North Carolina. It is the 16th annual 5K run and walk and benefits local food pantries in Stokes County. All race proceeds are divided among the three Stokes County food pantries.

The course has a USATF certificate (NC18007BDS). The event includes awards for male and female top three overall and top three in these age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over. Team trophies will be awarded for the fastest team, the team with the most participants, and the team with the largest food donation, called the "Master of Cans." The event giveaway is Feed Stokes customized ear bands. Pancakes will be provided by the King Rotary Club.
Registration fees vary by date; adult registration ranges from $40 to $50 depending on when participants register, and youth registration (18 and under) is $25. Packet pickup is scheduled Friday, March 13 at the Stokes Family YMCA conference room, 105 Moore Rd, King, NC, and there is race day packet pickup and registration near the finish line at Central Park Veterans Memorial. Event parking is at 302 Kirby Rd, the Veteran's Memorial entrance to Central Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
