Race details and purpose
The event is organized in partnership with Hearts 'n Homes Rescue. All proceeds from the fundraiser go to Hearts 'n Homes Rescue, an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on finding rescue, fosters, or adopters for at-risk dogs and puppies in Coweta County. The 5K will use chip timing; the 1 mile Fun Run is not timed. A "Puppy Prance" tot trot is included and does not require registration. A post-race festival will follow with food trucks, vendors, and entertainment. Well behaved, vaccinated dogs are welcome; organizers prefer no more than two dogs per person and will provide water and waste bags. Raceday registration is available via QR code for credit or debit payments, and same-day registration kiosks are noted.
