Fight the Flame 5k

Fight the Flame 5k and 1k Family Roll & Stroll is a charity running and walking event held at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte, North Carolina (8711 Monroe Rd). The lineup includes a 5k race, a 1k family walk, and a Virtual Walker option for remote participants. The event is designed to be family-friendly and community-driven, raising awareness for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).

Participants can run for a personal best, stroll with kids and leashed pets, or join virtually, all while embracing an atmosphere of hope and community.
