Flags for our Fallen 5K Run/Walk

The Flags for our Fallen 5K Run/Walk is an annual event held at Lake Tye Park in Monroe, Washington. Organized by Ward Roney Jr. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7511 and its Auxiliary, the event honors the memory of fallen military heroes.

Participants can join in person or virtually, running or walking the 5K distance solo or with friends. The event offers a supportive atmosphere with commemorative tee-shirts and custom silicone wristbands for registrants. Virtual participants are encouraged to share their experience on social media using the #Flags4rFallen hashtag.
