Flanders Field and Forest 5K
The Flanders Field & Forest 5K is an annual trail run and walk held at the Van Vleck Farm & Nature Sanctuary in Woodbury, Connecticut. Covering 3.1 miles, the course winds through scenic natural trails, offering a picturesque outdoor experience suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The event is officially timed and features age divisions for competitive runners, with awards for top finishers.
Participants are encouraged to be eco-friendly by using reusable water bottles. After the race, a lively post-race party includes live music and local food trucks (food and drinks sold separately). Registration offers a free race shirt if completed early.
