Logistics and course
Registration opens August 15 and the online registration period ends November 26, 2025. The entry fee for the 5K is $40. Packet pick-up is scheduled for November 26 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet Carnes Crossroads, 2509 N. Main Street, Suite A, Summerville. Race-day packet pick-up will be available onsite from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
The course starts on Parish Farms Drive near the barn and follows local streets through the Carnes Crossroads community, including Backhurst Drive, Carnes Crossing, Hewitt Street, Calibluff Drive, and Ashby Street before returning to Parish Farms Drive. Strollers are welcome; pets are requested to be left at home for participant safety. Sponsors include local businesses and organizations from the Charleston area.
