Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie's Red Suit Ramble
Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie's Red Suit Ramble is a festive fun run/walk on December 17, 2025, in Wappingers Falls, NY. The event is not a timed race. The route is a self-guided, mapped-out loop of about 5K-ish that starts and finishes at the Spins Bowl Wappingers parking lot (1677 US-9). Roads on the route will remain open to traffic.
Route, gear and registration
Participants will receive a one-size-fits-most adult Santa suit with registration. Suit measurements are provided and suits can be picked up at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie on the listed dates. Registration fee is $16.90 (includes $1.90 fee) and registration closes on December 17, 2025. The event is scheduled to proceed rain, snow, or shine; it will be canceled only if road conditions are too treacherous for travel and there is no alternate date set. There are no course volunteers or directional signs, no water provided on the route, and dogs or strollers are not allowed because roads will be open to traffic.
