Follow the Flag 5k Trail Race

The Follow the Flag 5K Trail Race is a patriotic running event held in Pleasant Grove, Utah, organized by the Follow the Flag Foundation. Since its inception in 2014, the race has supported the families of fallen military personnel and first responders. Participants can enjoy a scenic 5K trail that features a mix of terrain, including a flat first mile, an uphill second mile, and a downhill final mile, culminating under the largest American flag.
