About the race
Follow the Flag 5K Trail Race takes place in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This 5K trail event raises funds for the Follow the Flag Foundation, a volunteer group supporting veterans and first responders and their families; all entry fees go to the foundation's general purpose fund for mission work, such as flag ceremonies and community support. The course features three sections: a relatively flat first mile, an uphill second mile, and a downhill final mile along Grove Creek.
