Framily 5K

The Framily 5K is an annual running event held at Mill Ridge Park in Antioch, TN, designed to bring together friends, family, and pets for a day of fun and fitness. Participants can enjoy the scenic Grassland Loop Trail, which features meadows, ponds, and hilltops, or opt for a more leisurely quarter-mile paved loop. Registration is free, with an option to upgrade for additional perks like a timing chip, race bib, and a commemorative t-shirt.
