The course is described as flat and 100% on trail with no cars. Finisher medals are provided to all participants. Water stations will be available approximately every 1.5 miles. Registration, logistics and policies

Entry fees vary by registration period; listed 5K fees include a no-shirt option and a virtual race fee. Packet pickup is held on race morning. Virtual participants may run any course, submit their time by the end of race day, and receive virtual packages shipped the Monday after the event (shipping available to the continental US only). All registrations are final; the event is held rain or shine, and there are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. In extreme weather the event may be canceled for safety.
