Frederick Women's Distance Festival
The Frederick Women's Distance Festival is an annual running event held at Frederick Community College in Frederick, Maryland. Celebrating its 36th edition in 2025, the festival features multiple race options including a 5K Run/Walk, Athletes Serving Athletes 5K, Little Women 1K Fun Run for children 13 and under, and a virtual 5K Run/Walk. The event honors the history of women's participation in distance running and supports The Women's Giving Circle of Frederick County through its proceeds.
