Freedom Four

The Freedom Four is a family-friendly 4-mile run/walk held annually on July 4th at Lake Ellyn Park in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Presented by the Glen Ellyn Park District, the event supports the Friends of Glen Ellyn Parks’ Scholarship Fund, helping families access recreational programs. The course starts and finishes at Lake Ellyn Park, offering a scenic and community-focused atmosphere.

Participants aged 5 and up can enjoy awards for top finishers in various age groups. Early registration guarantees a commemorative t-shirt.
