Event overview
The Frog Hill races are hosted by Healthy Futures Pulaski County in Waynesville, Missouri. The event includes multiple distances and a combined Frog Hill Challenge that awards an extra medal to participants who run the Friday evening 5k and one of the Saturday races. Courses run along the banks of the Roubidoux River through the Ozarks and pass a view of Frog Rock. The half marathon course is described as half packed gravel and half pavement.

The Leapfrog 5k is a chip-timed, flat out-and-back course held the evening before the longer races. The 10k and half marathon start at East Elementary and finish at Waynesville Park. Shuttles are provided to return participants to the start area. Packet pickup is available the day before at Waynesville Park and on race morning at the FEMA shelter behind East Elementary.
