The Frosty 5K is a New Year’s Day race held in Guilford, Connecticut. The Guilford Rotary Club organizes the event, which is described as the 40th annual running. The course goes past the Guilford Green, marina, and fairgrounds, and starts and finishes on the Guilford Green.

Registration is handled online only. The listed prices show the 5K and 2M Fitness Walk at $35 and the Kids Fun Run at $10. Packet pick-up is available at the Nathanael B. Greene Community Center, 32 Church St, Guilford, and at Marathon Sports in Branford. Post-race awards and refreshments, including hot clam chowder, are provided at the community center. Awards include Marathon Sports gift cards for first male and female finishers, Planet Fitness gift cards for first Guilford male and female finishers, medals for top male and female finishers in the listed age groups (12 & under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+), and finisher ribbons and shirts for Fun Run participants.
