Frosty Forest 5K

The Frosty Forest 5K is a trail running event held in Roosevelt Forest, Stratford, Connecticut. This 5K race offers participants a chance to escape the roads and enjoy a scenic course through nature. Runners, joggers, hikers, and walkers are all welcome, with a requirement of some trail experience.

Participants can dress in holiday costumes to add festive spirit to the event. Awards are given to the top five overall finishers, and all finishers receive a custom finisher's medallion. Proceeds support local organizations including the Roosevelt Forest Commission and the Veteran's Museum.
