Frozen: H3
Frozen: H3 is an ultramarathon event held in Bethera, South Carolina, within the Francis Marion National Forest. The race features multiple distances including a 100-mile, 50-mile, 50K, 25K, 10K, and a Night 25K, with courses running on the Jericho Horse Trail, consisting of flat, dirt fire roads and single/double track trails. Runners complete loops of 16 or 18 miles depending on their event.
The course is well-marked with aid stations offering snacks, hot food, and hydration. Night running requires lights for safety. The event fosters a supportive atmosphere with volunteer opportunities and camping near the start/finish area.
