Galveston Island Turkey Trot

The Galveston Island Turkey Trot is an annual 5K running and walking event held on Galveston Island, Texas, featuring a flat, scenic out-and-back course along the famous Galveston Island Seawall with beautiful Gulf Coast views. The race encourages participation from runners, walkers, friends, and families, welcoming costumes to add to the festive atmosphere. The event concludes with a post-race party at Menard Park behind the McGuire-Dent Recreation Center.
