Event overview
The Garden of Lights Run takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Honor Heights Park in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The event is hosted by Muskogee Parks and Recreation and is the 26th annual edition. The race route passes through the park's holiday light displays and includes an ascent up Honor Heights Hill. A costume contest is part of the event.

Race details
The 5k course is USATF certified and includes a 250-foot ascent up Honor Heights Hill and a return through the park lights at dusk. All 5k finishers receive custom cast finisher medals. Parking is available at Honor Heights Park; there are no shuttles.
Participant limits and registration fees are specified for each event. The 5k is capped at 250 participants; the Fun Run is capped at 40 participants. Registration pricing for the 5k is $25 through 11/10, $30 from 11/11 to the day before the event, and $35 on the day of the event. Fun Run pricing is $20 through 11/10 and $25 thereafter.
