About the race
Garden State Showcase #2 is a track meet held at Piscataway High School in New Jersey. It features distance events of 5k, 3k, and the Mile, plus sprint races of 300m and 500m, and a 4x100 relay. Organizers describe it as a prime opportunity for high school athletes to chase PRs on a fast, flat track without hills or turns after the cross-country season, with sprinters using it as a time-trial before indoor season and adults aiming for personal records.
