Geisinger Marworth Recovery Fun Run 5K

Scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2025, the 9th Annual Geisinger Marworth Recovery Fun Run; Celebrating National Recovery Month features a 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk on the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, Olive Street trailhead in Scranton, PA. In-person options accompany virtual 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk. Proceeds benefit the Geisinger Marworth Therapeutic Activities Fund, supporting therapeutic recreation to help patients build sober social skills post-treatment.

Registration is $25 in advance (or $30 day-of) and includes a T-shirt while supplies last. Medals honor top male/female finishers and age groups; a prize raffle is held at the end. Donations welcomed.
