The Geneva Rotary Run for the Grapes is an annual 5K race held in historic downtown Geneva, Ohio. Celebrating its 43rd year in 2025, the event honors the Geneva Rotary Club's century of community service. The race covers a 3.1-mile course through the streets of Geneva, starting and finishing at Geneva Middle School due to local construction.

The course is clearly marked with traffic control and includes a railroad crossing where rail traffic has the right of way. Participants enjoy complimentary water, fruits, and snacks.
