George Freedom Days Run

The George Freedom Days Run, held in George, Iowa, features a 5K Fun Run/Walk and a 1.25-mile untimed leisurely walk. The event starts and finishes at Locker Park near Dakota and Main Streets. The mostly flat 5K course showcases the city's recreational trail, passing through residential areas, a campground, wooded sections, and fields, with only the first half-mile on city streets.
