Ghost Train Trail Races

The Ghost Train Trail Races, held in Brookline, New Hampshire, is the state's original 30-hour ultramarathon event along the historic Granite Town Rail Trail. Participants can choose from multiple race distances including 7.5 miles, 15 miles, 30 miles, or a 30-hour ultramarathon and relay options. The course follows a mostly flat, well-groomed trail with one hill, featuring remnants of old railroad ties from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
