Ghost Train Trail Races

The Ghost Train Trail Races, held in Brookline, New Hampshire, is the state's original 30-hour ultramarathon event along the historic Granite Town Rail Trail. Participants can choose from multiple race distances including a 30-hour ultramarathon, a 30-hour 7-person relay, a 30-mile night race, a 15-mile race, and a 15-mile relay. The course follows a mostly flat, well-groomed trail that traces an old railroad bed used in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, featuring scenic New England foliage in mid-October.
