The Ghostly Gallop is scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025, in Gillette, Wyoming. The listed venue is 2000 W. Lakeway Rd, Gillette, WY 82716. The event program includes:

Course and registration
The 5K course starts and finishes at the First United Methodist Church parking lot on W. Lakeway Rd. Runners head east on Lakeway Road toward Sage Valley Junior High, turn left onto Harder Drive to pass in front of the school, then turn left onto West Boxelder Road. The route follows West Boxelder Road uphill to South Burma Avenue, where participants turn left to return to the church.
The Kids Run completes a loop around the church grounds using the church driveways to the north and south. Entry fees listed are $25 for the 5K and $15 for the Kids Run. The entry fee includes a T-shirt. Pre-registration by October 16 is noted to provide a $5 discount. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
