Gift of Life 5K Run/Walk

Gift of Life 5K Run/Walk & 1K Kids Dash is a family-friendly fundraiser in San Antonio, Texas, hosted by Transplants for Children. The 4th annual event takes place at 10700 Nacogdoches Road on Sunday, October 5, 2025, offering a 5K Run/Walk for teens and adults and a 1K Kids Dash for younger participants, with a Halloween costume theme adding fun for all ages. New participant categories broaden inclusivity (11 & Under, 12–17, 18–39, 40 & Up).

Teams of five or more can race in honor or memory of a transplant recipient. Proceeds support wraparound services for transplant families, including peer support, scholarships, and emergency assistance. All registered runners receive a commemorative race shirt.
